The Wanderer's the greatest tsundere in Genshin Impact, really. He's very rude on the surface but it's just because he's used to being rude. He prefers to show his care through actions (but he'll never acknowledge that's what he's doing, and don't call him out on it either if you don't want to be cussed out ;) ). He's an Anemo Vision user, so he has wind powers! Most noticeably, he can fly!! Unfortunately the City has nerfed his Vision to oblivion, so he big mad.
Wanderer isn't his name, by the way, nor is it a title. He's just a nameless drifter who goes by whatever aliases people have given to him, such as Hat Guy. He's given a name by the Player at some point though. In this case, his given name is Yuu.
The Wanderer is a divine puppet, not a human. So while he resembles a human, his body is much more resilient, is not flesh-based so he's immune to poisons, and he doesn't need any sort of sustenance to survive. Other than that though, he's not that much different to the average person.
